Working principles

The cleaning process consists of spraying particles of dry ice onto the surfaces that are to be cleaned. As the dry ice particles settle on the surfaces, the following happens:

 

·          A weak mechanical shock - disconnecting the pollution of the support ;

·          A thermic shock (due to the low dry ice temperature of - 78°C) – weakening the pollution

·          A blowing effect (due to the sublimation of the CO2) – eliminating the pollution
