High purity gas delivery systems may be contaminated through incompatible materials or materials permeable to gases, faulty seals, or by entry of air or impurities(moisture, dust, etc) while connecting or changing the cylinder.

At SOXAL, we offer a full range of equipment that are designed especially for the handling of high-purity gases and calibration mixtures. All ALPHAGAZ™ equipment for high-purity gases and mixtures are helium leak-tested with a mass spectrometer from 3.10^-7 to 10^-9 mbar.l/s of helium for ALPHAGAZ™ 2 and 10^-6 mbar.l/s of helium for ALPHAGAZ™ 1.
