The Chemical System Department takes care of the after-sales service by responding to customer calls during and after office hours, ensuring that chemical systems on customer site operate with minimal downtime. This department is also responsible for business development in the Life Science industry.

The different types of systems are depicted below.

Chemical Dispense Systems

Our first Chemical Dispense System was installed with a major semiconductor company in 1999 and has grown to an installation of 30 systems since then.

Slurry Dispense Systems

We are marketing Air Liquide Slurry Dispense Systems. Our parent company, Air Liquide Electronics System has collaborated with various microelectronics pioneers in the R&D of technologies in the area of Slurry Dispense Systems to provide the highest quality Slurry Dispense Systems for our customers.

Dilution Systems

We provide a wide range of options for the dilution of chemicals like HF and NH₄OH in terms of accuracy, precision and consumption rates. Customers can expect a high degree of customisation according to their specifications.

Bulk Chemical Delivery Systems

In response to high consumption rates for chemicals like Developer, H₂SO₄ and H₂O₂, we have the solution in the form of Lorry Unloading System and Bulk Storage Tanks.

Design & Consultation

We provide turnkey solution for entire project encompassing:   

• Total space management of piping and room utilities;
• Conceptualization of design of piping distribution network;
• Failure mode effect analysis of chemical dispense system; and
• Ensure compliance to local code and regulations  

Life Science

In 1999, we designed, supplied, installed and commissioned a bulk HCL distribution system for a major customer in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry. We continued this success with a contract to design, supply, install and commission the De-ionised water distribution network in School of Biological Sciences at Nanyang Technological University in 2003.
