A Gas Manifold is a systematic arrangement of valves, regulators and other gas components for the purpose of delivery gas at a regulated pressure from a portable source. The portable sources are cylinder, pallet and LGC. At SOXAL, we offer in-house fabricated gas manifolds – automatic, semi-automatic and manual, that comply to NFPA55, SS512 and our corporate Industrial Management System (IMS) requirements. 

Manual Gas Manifold

It can be wall-mounted or pedestral-mounted, designed to suit site constraints. It is available in both stainless steel and brass. Pressure regulator and valves are systematically arranged. It is front mounted for easy removal and its powder-coated panel enhanced its aesthetical look.

Semi-Auto Changeover Gas Manifold

It is available in both stainless steel and brass. It can be interchanged over based on pressure differential between 2 banks. One knob switches cylinder priority and a line regulator is in place to ensure constant delivery pressure.  

 

 

Fully-Auto Changeover Gas Manifold

Electrical controller receives low pressure signal via pressure switches and command change over using pneumatic/electric actuated valve. It is available in both stainless steel and brass.

 

Ultra High Purity (UHP) Gas Panel

A helium leak test is done to ensure that the panel conform to the local regulations. The components are front-mounted for easy removal and all components are stainless steel electro-polished to prevent any contamination of the gas. Gas certification tests such as particle count and moisture analysis are conducted to ensure the quality of the system installed.
