For the long-term preservation of biological products, liquid nitrogen (- 196 °C) makes it possible to produce optimal storage conditions. In fact, at this temperature, cellular division and enzyme systems are drastically slowed down or even halted altogether. And in order to limit the cellular lesions induced by these extremely low temperatures, cryo-protectors are used to slow down the formation of ice-crystals in the cells. Our cryo-conservation solutions include - a) Preserving, shipping, freezing biological products; b) Storing, shipping cryogenic fluids; c) Using liquid nitrogen in dermatology; and d) Moving, decant cryogenic fluids.

Before the covering operation, the packing circulates under a hood that generates a laminar flux, associated or not to local injections. The gas circulation progressively purges the head-space of the packing and protects it from the entry air until the cover is replied.
