ALUX^TM Supply provides you with several modes of supply for Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Ammonia, Monosilane and other Specialty Gases in your desired purity specifications via cylinders, bulk containers, on-site N₂/H₂ generation or pipelines. The appropriate supply mode will be selected to offer the most competitive, convenient and safest supply solution.

 As you expand, you will consume large volumes of gases, ALUX^TM Supply offers competitive on-site generation solutions for both Nitrogen and Hydrogen and, Jumbo, an integrated bulk specialty gases solution.   We are also in the unique position to guarantee a reliable supply of monosilane to the Optoelectronics industry. Our onsite Nitrogen generators are fully automated, with a back-up liquid Nitrogen supply and remotely monitored operation. As the whole equipment is owned and operated by us, you will have a minimum capital outlay. It is also intrinsically scalable as we will upgrade the generator capacity accordingly without supply interruption.
